The Chi Phi Board of Governors serves as the nominating committee to review and elect Trustees to office, replace vacant Trustee positions and remove any Trustee for not performing his duties.  Seven Chi Phi Fraternity members serve on the Board of Governors. The Chairman of the Educational Trust serves as its Chair while another Trustee elected by the Board of Trustees, serves as the Vice Chairman. The Chi Phi Congress elects the five other members to serve two-year terms.
