The Chi Phi Fraternity functions today in part due to the governance and policies of the organization that have guided us through the cultural changes in society and with universities in particular. We use these policies and procedures not only as a guide to our undergraduate members for how to host functions and educate members, but also to provide common expectations for the entire organization. The Chi Phi Fraternity policies set forth a standard of accountability for both individual members and Chapters as a whole.
