There are a number of educational services Chi Phi's chapters offer to its members aside from the College of Excellence, Wilderness Academy, and RLAs, of which detailed information can be found in other areas of the website. Chi Phi encourages its chapters to undertake the task of supplementing the educational curriculum provided by each chapter's respective university with programming that addresses important issues in the lives young men today. Chi Phi's chapters host, organize, or attend educational programming concerning such issues as diversity, alcohol awareness programming such as TIP certification and Alcohol EDU, men's health concerns, sexual harassment awareness training, presentations on world issues by experts in the field, and a variety of community service and philanthropic centered programming. The Chi Phi Fraternity views such educational programming as crucial to the development of what the fraternity would consider the embodiment of its core values in a member.
