This section is devoted to providing resources for Recruitment Chairs and current Chi Phi Chapters and Colonies. If you are interested in learning more about the Chi Phi group on your campus, please send your information to recruit@chiphi.org.
The Chi Phi Fraternity encourages a 365 recruitment model, focusing on multiple small gatherings and events throughout the year instead of one or two weeks of big events. This year round recruitment model allows potential members to get to know Chi Phi members on an individual basis while slowly learning about fraternities. It is about recruiting the right people to take your Chapter or Colony in a positive direction.
Chi Phi has created a listserv for recruitment chairs, if you are interested in joining please contact Deanne Walters. This listserv is in place to promote communication between members to gather ideas and learn from more successful Chapters.
