This year Chi Phi hosted six Regional Leadership Alliances (RLAs). The RLAs are free to attend and are located in six locations across the country over four weekends in February and early March. Last year, over 400 members participated in eight RLAs, benefiting from the comprehensive Chapter-development programming and instruction. This year’s program contained even more samples and examples, as well as an increased faculty and even more resources. Chi Phi encourages its Chapters to take advantage of this opportunity as fully as possible by sending as many members as possible. Both initiated members and new members benefit greatly from this program. Post RLA events on Recruitment and Ritual occured on the Sunday following RLA.
